When shopping for eyeglasses it's very easy to be seduced by the lovely displays at other stores and your eye doctor. I almost forgot that Wal-Mart has a vision center so I figured I would give them a shot. Am I glad I did! Not only did they take my insurance but they have a really wonderful selection of frames to choose from, and quite extensive too. More importantly, the customer service was spot on. Initially impressed with the selection, but when I touched the first set of frames an annoyed associate came over to tell me that every pair I touch (one, and liked them) has to be cleaned. The second pair I touched, rude Karen associate says, “Do you even have a prescription?” I do. On me in fact. In desperate need of glasses. But I’ll be going somewhere associates don’t suck.
Staff is AWSOME BARB was very helpful and pleasant she took her time w/me after trying to find my info and eventually she did no negativity she was so so so so patient I'll recommend this place to anyone
