went to find myself some new frames---and with my choices and my insurance process, well, it took a good long time there!! Plus we went back and forth between here and another eye place, but decided on this place because they had the frames i wanted. There were many phone calls to the insurance company and waiting and so on as well . David was absolutely the best! he was helpful, informative and SUPER patient and SUPER willing to help with all the phone calls that had to be made.
