Lynn was absolutely great! Asked the right concise questions and got the job done with personality. Dr Pham, and the front desk for my eye check up were great as well!! Thank yall, would more than anything highly recommend this place.
Roxanne, the young woman who works as a receptionist was extremely rude. The servers were down, she was flustered and took it out on me by being unhelpful, I empathetic towards the fact that I can’t see and a compulsive desire to talk over me. The Doctor was also rude and showed a lack of willingness to hold her employee accountable for this. I am not the racial type but I imagine that would not treat a man of another ethnicity with such disdain. I’m sure nobody cares but I wanted this negative interaction to be documented.
For the first time we did our eye exam with this Optometrist and we bought our new prescription glasses in this shop, great experience! Carol, Shirley and Lynn did a fabulous job, they were very patient and nice explaining us all options we had , their customer service skills are 5 stars! I just started recommending this shop to all my friends! Thank you very much!
Sheila did a great job working with me and my husband. She expedited paper work. She worked with us tirelessly to find the right frames. She made the process as painless as possible and got us the best deal. Thank you. We will be back.
