I'm in a pinch and needed contacts; I just got off the phone asking if they had my prescription in stock. Was told no, could not understand what the man was saying, then I asked for any pointers on what I could do, he told me no and immediately hung up. Insanely rude. Honestly, I'm glad because I would not trust these people to handle my vision/needs!
I called to reorder contacts and the associate on the line was beyond rude. If you’re talking to a customer you should at least pretend to be polite. The attitude given was not acceptable. Terrible customer service.

The worst vision center now. The 2 rep there have ruined conducting any business with that vision center. Trust me and travel a little further and visit another vision center you will save yourself the headache
Worst experience ever I call To check if the doctor takes my insurance and they call me back the same day and take all my information and right away they tell me yes, So i schedule an appointment with them for today and they call me today on my only day off from work On the day of the appointment to tell me they Don’t. There has to be a better way to appreciate peoples time. I think that was very rude and Unprofessional on their part.
