Told them I was self pay, was told $99 for exams. Got here they wanted to run my insurance, said I was out of network and tried to change the price to $120 for exam. Immoral and unethical business practices. I won’t go back!

I took my daughter to the Wal-Mart optician on Cobb parkway to get her glasses. A month later the handle came off. Every time I try to get it fix the staff said the optician has to be there. The staff is also very rude and unfriendly so I decided to go to the Wal-Mart bells ferry instead. I walked in and the lady greeted me with a smile. I explained to her about the broken handle of my daughter's glasses. She took them right away and said she was going to see if they had a screw to fit it.
