This was hands down the best experience I've had at the eye doctor. After having vision issues for some weeks that my pcp originally thought was vertigo, she had me go to the eye dr after a CT scan showed nothing. I called around the Saturday after thanksgiving with almost zero hope that any doctor would be in, let alone have any openings. This one was open AND had an opening at 4pm. The staff that was there today took AMAZING care of my daughter for her first ever exam. She was so nervous going in but they were extremely sweet and patient with her! Highly recommend them
Called and got in same day. Staff and doctor were all so extremely polite!!! Dr took his time, explained everything, and got my husband exactly what he needed! Everyone there was so friendly and helpful!!

Great customer service! Took my broken prescription sunglasses into the Webb City Vision Center that I had purchased from them in May of 2023. Lanie was great had them fixed for me in less than 10 minutes! Fast service! thank you!
