Want to say big thank you to Janiah for helping me in early March, I believe March 9th. I meant to post this around that time but my dad had just passed away and I was a going through a lot emotionally. I couldn't find a contact case in Walmart and I was very upset. Although I can only share my experience in glasses not with an eye visit, it was the best experience I’ve had yet. This is my 3rd pair from the vision center with my drs prescription over the past years. Fantastic quality, great price in bifocals and my child’s glasses. And they put the prescription in the correct place for the progressive lens. I’ll never get them anywhere else.
Staff was great especially Mr. Jarvis and Mrs. Cynthia. Very thorough and walked me through my insurance options coverage getting me the best deal. Service with heart.
It was time to have my annual eye appointment. I saw a sign when entering the store that the Vision Center now had a doctor. I made an appointment. If I knew that it was virtual, I can admit, I would have canceled because I was very apprehensive about using a virtual service. The short of the long is, I would go back. Dr. Achionye was amazing. Had the worst possible experience ever. Linda was very rude, could not answer my questions and disregarded me to get to the next person. Will never come back to get my contacts at this place.
