This is my first time ever getting corrective glasses at 54 years old. I chose walmart optical.Dr.grant was great. And the staff was very nice and helpful. Glad I chose walmart optical. I will be a return customer.
The whole staff has changed , I much prefer the old staff .
Went to get my new eye glasses,the front desk ladies were the best.they took care of me professionally,explained everything I needed.
Great place love the doctor very friendly and professional my wife had a detached retina that Dr Grant found and went out of his way to find someone to find a surgeon that could help us.
In my opinion Dr Grant is a 5 star & Kudos to Debby & Janice there! BUT, have never ever had an issue with the staff - I regularly order contacts through my insurance & don’t ask for extra samples - though this time 8/2024 Ariel has been difficult to work with, helpful but made the statement that they won’t be doing this moving forward & they won’t give extra samples of contacts out. If my chart is reviewed I don’t ask for extra samples. I did ask for a new contact to make sure the trial one I was having trouble with isn't n... read more
