Ask for David! He's awesome! He greeted me as soon as I walked in, but gave me my space to look around. Then, he came over and asked if I needed an opinion on frames and proceeded to help me find the perfect pair! Not only was he friendly and personable, but he really took the time to assist me and make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. He was also very thorough when performing my fitting as well! Walmart, he's a keeper for sure! Thank you, David!

Overall great experience. The older lady that greeted me acted like the problem with my glasses was complicated and she didn’t want to help me. Another associate, Ben, stepped in to help and he was absolutely wonderful. Professional, personable, and got my problem solved perfectly in just a few minutes.
I got some glasses out of state the broke. Took them to local vision center had to prove I got them at another vision center. There computer system isn't connected to other stores. They called couldn't get answer said they'd call next day came to get information. Came back to pick them up. They said no answer been calling all morning I called first ring they picked up. Older lady at the desk was rude and irritated, seemingly bothered by my need for assistance with my glasses, speaking to me demeaningly as if I did not know what kind of glasses I owned and was trying to get fixed. Walked away with glasses which fit me worse than before I went in.
