I got my eye exam there and they got my prescription wrong. Made me feel bug eyed. My entire life my lenses have been thin but they have added a deliberately crappy tier that makes even a -2.0 look like coke bottle bottoms and they try to charge you $50 extra for normal lenses. I had a good experience when using a work voucher for prescription safety glasses with no eye exam but when you come with your own insurance they give you the worst experience possible.
After having multiple issues with SVS cancelling my appointmens, I'm happy to say I called to see if they'd accept my insurance and they said exam only and to use SVS for the glasses. Sucks, but good enough, I can order online. Could have went in same day as well if I wanted! Let's hope they don't cancel on me!
Donald at Jackson Michigan Walmart took great care of me. He didn't pressure me knowing I don't have eye glass insurance. Helped me find the perfect pair. I got my glasses today and I love them. Perfect fit and great vision. Thank you Donald. I'll be back in the future to buy from you!!
Very disappointed in this office. I called to make an appointment and asked if they accepted my insurance. They said yes. Made the appointment only to get there and them tell me my insurance was out of network! This is exactly why I called first!! They said we tried calling but your mailbox is full. But you told me on the phone you accepted it!!! So I drove out of my way for nothing! Do better.
