Donald at Jackson Michigan Walmart took great care of me. He didn't pressure me knowing I don't have eye glass insurance. Helped me find the perfect pair. I got my glasses today and I love them. Perfect fit and great vision. Thank you Donald. I'll be back in the future to buy from you!!
Very disappointed in this office. I called to make an appointment and asked if they accepted my insurance. They said yes. Made the appointment only to get there and them tell me my insurance was out of network! This is exactly why I called first!! They said we tried calling but your mailbox is full. But you told me on the phone you accepted it!!! So I drove out of my way for nothing! Do better.
Cute, glasses, helpful, the pair I wanted that was on display for over a year was not in stock & they couldn’t make them for me. Why were they put back on display when I came back? Yet again still couldn’t order.? Very nice personalities. Decent prices.
I thought they gave me excellent care. The Doctor was thorough, and staff was helpful picking out frames that stayed within insurance allowances and my budget. Will definitely be going back!
