The doctor was fine but the staff decided that I had to ask to get my sixth month supply of contacts instead of just ordering them like everywhere else. So I get screwed out of my insurance paying for 6 months because these people are completely inept.
I called to get details on glasses (the call would’ve taken two minutes) and Annie was very dismissive and placed me on hold for a long time in the middle the call because she had a patient come in. She easily could have answered my one last question and sent me on my way. Will not be getting glasses here!
Can’t say enough good about the kind people working here. The ladies in the showroom are all extremely polite, professional, friendly and willing to help. Dr. Richardson is a class act and an all around gentleman. I hadn’t had an eye exam in about 3-4 years and he was the most thorough I believe I ever had. He spent a lot of time with me helping me to understand my vision and its needs. My only regret is that I didn’t find out about him sooner! Highly recommend Dr. Richardson and his team.
