Months after paying my total bill which was over $300 for my glasses I got a bill for $65. I paid it immediately. The next week I got notice saying it was an error and I did not owe the $65. I have been calling and emailing several times with NO response. I was hung up on once. I keep getting the run around!! I finally talked to someone yesterday that said they show I owe $10 more!!! What a joke. Will NEVER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS AGAIN. Horrible customer service and good luck getting your money back from them.
I always have such a great experience with mark siverd at Walmart Eye Care Center incredibly helpful kind and professional. From the moment I walk in, I feel taken care of, Makes the process smooth and stress-free, and really took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed. I truly appreciate how welcoming and patient he is I love this store and the amazing people who work there — highly recommend to anyone needing eye care services!
I've been a patient of Dr. Primo for years. When I do get to see him he is great but the last couple of years it's been impossible to get an appointment. He's out of office for the week, on vacay for a week, family emergency for the week (messages all conveyed by the very rude staff)...I'm now on the hunt for an eye doc hopefully with better staffing... Great doctor, poor everything else
