I had a delightful experience buying my first pair of real glasses from a real optometrist. I chose Walmart so I can get my eye test done in Houston then have my glasses sent back home to New Orleans. Not a problem for this team. The doctor was actually a lot of fun, she had a terrific sense of humor and put up with my shenanigans. Lol. Then Samantha was my optician and help me pick out a “JustRite” pair of glasses fitted to my exact needs and prescription. Very professional
Miscommunications! I was told to have Warranty on my daughter glasses which her dad paid for so when they asked me if I wanted warranty when I pick up I was confused & said no because my spouse & the worker had agreed to warranty. I called to tell him and it was a whole miscommunication to where even they wasn’t understanding now my daughter doesn’t have warranty because communication misunderstanding on there end . Poor communication, service
