The vision employees/ technicians are great! I walked in there on a random Wednesday afternoon looking to buy some contacts. My usual go to is MYEYEDR but they are awful in Portsmouth. Specifically April went above and beyond to give me the best customer service and help one could offer. She really is a gem! I felt bad that she had to jump through hoops with the insurance companies to see how much I have to use towards my contacts lens. She even threw in a trial pair for me since my contacts were going on 2 months in length.... read more
