a minute ago New Don’t go there if you don’t have more than 2 hours to spare. I took my daughter there to get glasses, and we waited 45 minutes without anyone helping us. We stood in line while more people kept lining up behind us, and some of them couldn’t even tolerate the wait and left. We still kept waiting, but the employee continued having a personal conversation with another customer nonstop. After waiting 45 minutes, we just couldn’t wait any longer.
Nicely remodeled Vision Center. The staff are super knowledgeable and friendly. Nice selection of frames. The Dr's are also very friendly and knowledgeable. I've bought multiple pairs of glasses here and will continue to do so. I have and will continue to recommend this place to everyone i know! Heather helped me out and she is wonderful!
I regret visiting this place. Me and my family had our vision check here. We also bought extra glasses after the examination. You could tell the glasses that they had us tried on were very bad in hygiene. Right after the day of the visit, my wife woke up with a terrible cornea scratch. She couldn’t even open her eyes because of the pain. We had to do extra 5 doctor’s visit (3 here and 2 another place) for her to recover. We had to pay for most of the follow up visits.
