I have a very strong prescription and have been in glasses since 2nd grade, so I've picked out many pairs. This was maybe the best experience I've had. Chandra (sp?) helped me find a pair I really like without feeling pressured. She was VERY knowledgeable about what type of frames would work best and what type of add-ons I should consider for my lenses. Plus, she was friendly without being fake. Great experience.
Chandra was so helpful and personable; I told her the style of glasses I loved and the first pair she picked for recommendation was the one I went with and exactly what I was looking for! She helped me find the best bang for my buck with insurance which is always a bonus. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back!
Horrible customer service. I waited almost 30 minutes to pick up my contacts while the two employees were sitting talking personal stories to customers when it would have taken 2 minutes to help me. It's a good thing a third employee came in and helped me because who knows how long it would have been before the other two did anything.
The help was very nice and friendly. She helped me find the right glasses between what I liked, looked nice on me and would work with me having bifocals. They made sure the lenses were the right size to make sure they worked out for me.
