Angela is amazing. I called in to see about getting my glasses fixed. She was so nice on the phone and had me just stop in. I was met with the same wonderful attitude in person. Angela had me in and out in a couple minutes. Simply great customer service.
I’m visiting Bend from New Hampshire and my son’s dog came careening at me and totally twisted my glasses. It was late Saturday and Walmart Vision was the only place open. I am so grateful it was. Angela pleasantly and professionally first commiserated with me about the dog then went to work straightening everything so that they fit as good as new. A great shop and delightful staff. Even if you don’t have an emergency, I wholeheartedly recommend them.
Tawnia was amazing helping me pick out new frames and getting my order processed. Let me know in advance what my insurance would cover too! Thank you for making the whole process so smooth!
I had a pair of glasses that were broken. Joseph quickly and kindly made the repair and we were on our way!
I took my wife’s glasses in to see how much it would be to replace the nose pieces and the gentleman fixed them in less then a few minutes-no charge- Great staff! Thanks!
