Had a great visit here! Amy Sheffield was such a big help, in fact she picked out for me a pair of glasses. I ended getting 3 pair, 2 for everyday and the others sun glasses. Got great discount on 2and she was very friendly, professional and easy going throughout the process. Very happy and highly recommend. Ask for Amy
What I like about Walmart Vision is they actually have real people answering their customer service phone line. I have two insurances. The other optical clinic I called for my other vision insurance had AI generated voice answering their phone. Long story short, they didnt get my business. Recently had a stroke and they were so kind and patient moving me from chair to chair. They even broke everything down for me, I’ve never had glasses before. They made this process so simple and easy and my glasses were in within 1 week! Highly recommend!
