Recently had a stroke and they were so kind and patient moving me from chair to chair. They even broke everything down for me, I’ve never had glasses before. They made this process so simple and easy and my glasses were in within 1 week! Highly recommend!
I went up there on a Sunday to get my glasses prescription put in, and the associate that worked that day was extremely helpful. Her name is Amy, and she made sure my glasses fit nicely and that I could see, so when I got them, they'd be perfect. It didnt even take long for my glasses to come in, and when they did, she was there to help me again. She made sure they were tight enough, and if I had any issues, she made sure to address and fix them. Great customer service
