The Walmart Vision Center is always clean, organized, and well-stocked. I’ve been here before to have my glasses adjusted or tightened with no issues. But today was disappointing. The technician wasn’t busy but didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked in. When I asked if she could adjust my glasses, she said she might break them (wasn’t confident)—even though other techs here have done it several times before without a problem. Extremely professional. Still wear the same frames years later .
The staff at the Iowa location are horrible. I bought my glasses from Walmart and have been in multiple times needing to get them adjusted. The last time that I came in the women scratched my lenses. She claimed she did not take tools to them and it wasn’t her and I did it in the five minutes that I was in there, I just came in because my frames and lenses are not correct again. I have always had really good luck with their staff and especially Mrs. Nunez. She is kind, courteous, and eager to help! Would definitely recommend the Parsons, KS location!!
