I have always had really good luck with their staff and especially Mrs. Nunez. She is kind, courteous, and eager to help! Would definitely recommend the Parsons, KS location!!
The girl working there always giving an ugly attitude
I purchased my glasses from Walmart a little over a year ago. Today I was at the Lawrence Kansas vision center and asked for a frame adjustment. I have been to other Walmart many times with the same request. Today I was asked a bunch of ridiculous questions. Of course she was on her phone and apparently I interrupted her. From the get go, she was not going to get off the stool. This won’t stop me from going to Walmart vision, but I will never return to this one. Very unprofessional.
Have enjoyed my experience here in both the examination and the lense departments.
