We have always had great service with Walmart Vision Center in Ruckersville. They are topnotch with kids glasses. They offer a warranty for 1 year which is helpful with kids and I have never had any issues with getting frames/lenses replaced. They offer really nice frames and all at reasonable prices! I only wish their doctors were covered under our plan as it would save a step in getting new glasses. But that is no fault of theirs. 5 stars!!
Brandi made my experience at the Walmart Greene location phenomenal. She knew which lenses would work best with the frames I chose (as I do have a strong prescription). To be honest, it was such a different experience than I've had ever because she wasn't focused on selling me multiple pairs; she wanted me to find that one special pair first and go from there. I went on-line and saw that the office opened at 9:00. Got there, and they weren't open. The office is only open on Thursdays, which was not mentioned on-line. Now I have to travel 30 minutes to another location for an eye exam.
