The customer service was amazing. Mariam, the manager, was very friendly, professional, and helpful. She assisted me with everything I needed and made the entire experience smooth and pleasant. The doctor was also excellent—professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I was very happy with the care I received and my overall experience there. I highly recommend this office.
I stopped in over the weekend with my daughter because she needed a new pair of glasses, and we were also picking something up at the store. Madison was extremely helpful and went the extra mile by calling my daughter’s eye doctor on Monday to request an updated prescription with an expiration date, as required by store policy. She also called me back with updates and demonstrated excellent customer service and communication throughout the process. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you, Madison!
I got my new glasses today and Madison helped me pick the frame that looked most similar to my old ones. Less than a week later Madison presented me with my new glasses. She took the time to make sure they fit properly, asked if everything looked well and made sure they sat perfectly on me. Madison was AWESOME! In and out really quick.
I don't even know where to begin. I had my first exam for contacts and new glass lenses the first week of May, hoping to have contacts for a trip by June. After a 2nd exam, many phone calls, and 10 separate visits (reasons ranging from "out to lunch until 530pm" and "closing early," getting messages that my order was ready but it's not, and more), I just called to check on the status of my order and they DIDNT EVEN ORDER THEM! I am now at another Walmart gettimg more Trials and putting in an order to be delivered to my house... read more
