I don't even know where to begin. I had my first exam for contacts and new glass lenses the first week of May, hoping to have contacts for a trip by June. After a 2nd exam, many phone calls, and 10 separate visits (reasons ranging from "out to lunch until 530pm" and "closing early," getting messages that my order was ready but it's not, and more), I just called to check on the status of my order and they DIDNT EVEN ORDER THEM!
