Absolutely 5 Stars for Jessica in The Onalaska Walmart Vision Center! After a couple years, my eyeglass frames broke. I really liked the frames and style so I went to the Walmart Store in Onalaska, WI. but because they were an older model they did not stock them in the store anymore. Jessica told me to go on walmart.com and order them and I could bring them back and she would put my lenses back into the frames. Well it's affordable
I went to Walmart for the first time to get prescription eyeglasses and I was really happy with my experience. Everyone was super helpful and friendly! I will definitely be going back.
I absolutely do not recommend Walmart optical in Onalaska. My Mom has had terrible service there and she has not been treated well. Her new glasses have been made wrong, multiple times. Walmart does not take accountability and instead argue and take a hostile approach. My Mom has taken her glasses to Mayo pharmacy to check Walmart's work and the Dr and staff at Mayo can clearly see her glasses are wrong and they do Not recommend getting your glasses made at Walmart....Mayo staff were not surprised, they know about the poor s... read more
