Very disappointing experience. We were waiting patiently and were abruptly told, in a rude tone, that there was a wait and that we should go shop. We were never greeted, and staff spoke to us while our backs were turned. The issue wasn’t the wait time, it was the lack of friendliness and respect. It left us feeling unwelcome and unsure whether leaving would just result in an even longer wait when we returned. Overall, extremely poor customer service.
They are looking for the frames I wanted last Month. We are hopeful that they will find them soon. Keep up the good work.
Absolutely 5 Stars for Jessica in The Onalaska Walmart Vision Center! After a couple years, my eyeglass frames broke. I really liked the frames and style so I went to the Walmart Store in Onalaska, WI. but because they were an older model they did not stock them in the store anymore. Jessica told me to go on walmart.com and order them and I could bring them back and she would put my lenses back into the frames.
