I absolutely do not recommend Walmart optical in Onalaska. My Mom has had terrible service there and she has not been treated well. Her new glasses have been made wrong, multiple times. Walmart does not take accountability and instead argue and take a hostile approach. My Mom has taken her glasses to Mayo pharmacy to check Walmart's work and the Dr and staff at Mayo can clearly see her glasses are wrong and they do Not recommend getting your glasses made at Walmart....Mayo staff were not surprised, they know about the poor s... read more
Been going to WalMart Optical for 8 plus years. For myself(mom 47) and my daughter. Who has a serious eye disease. That requires special care and contacts. While we also see doctors at the local hospital. We go to WalMart for fast, easy, affordable glasses in between. Today we saw Dr. Ruprecht again (he prescribed my daughters first pair of glasses after being told at a hospital clinic they were not needed, they were incorrect) years ago. I’m a traveler from Missouri here for a contract job and Marlene in the vision center was very helpful with getting me the right contacts after the vision center in Dexter MO gave me the wrong contacts. I’m so grateful to Marlene and Onalaska Walmart Vision center!!! 5 stars thanks to Marlene!!
Dr was fantastic,staff needs a little tune up how to talk with customers,my experience wasn't the best but not the worst
Very rude staffing. If you aren’t there to buy anything they don’t want you in their store. Will gladly take my business elsewhere.
