Dr Thomas Schroeder and his team made me waste my time. I called to make an appointment for my daughter and they asked over the phone hundreds of questions, including her age. Once I got to the office they made me filled out the forms and wait my turn. At that time, 30 minutes later amd all the forms filled out, they told me they wouldn't accept my daughter because of her age. Are you serious?! We went over this on the phone and i was told yes they would accept her. We'll they didn't. Huge waste of time!!

Horrible service from the staff. The lady named Yadira had a really bad attitude. They don’t ask the right questions during the appointment scheduling process to then blame it on the patient. They need to learn how to assume responsibility and not just gossip on the back like they did. You need to educate your customers not just assume we know YOUR policies and procedures.
