My glasses broke and I needed a replacement to drive back home. They didn't have frames to fit my slightly wider face yesterday and that I liked but you’re welcome to roll the dice. As long as you're patient and decent to them, they do take care of you. I ended up leaving for a different place without replacement tho Been getting my glasses here since my Dad took me as a kid. The ladies that work at this vision center are top notch. Always professional and kind, super helpful when I was picking out new glasses and just made the whole experience easy. They are always attentive and considerate of my time when I call on the phone as well. Can’t say enough good things about this team (side note: I haven’t actually gotten an eye exam from the doctor here- only order contacts and glasses with the sales associates)
Dr shroeder is amazing! One of my favorite eye doctors I've ever seen.
This review is for Walmart @ 4375 Belvedere Road The Optometrist Dr. Schroeder is fantastic and would highly recommend him. He would get 5 stars, but the front store assistants really need some training thus the 2 stars. I stopped by to pick up the contact lenses that I had ordered and already paid for. Went to the register and pushed the button to ask for help. A young girl came out and asked if she could help me and told here I was there for my lenses. While the Optometrist is very good and does well with a deaf person. The staff is hit or miss. I have had some very good people helping me and some that just led me astray. Sadly, I cannot get my glasses there anymore due to the screws literally falling apart. They are not to blame for that as it's something with my skin and sweat. I can ONLY have titanium screws and they don't have those. 4 pairs of glasses and all have had to be superglued after 3-6 months.
