Horrible service from the staff. The lady named Yadira had a really bad attitude. They don’t ask the right questions during the appointment scheduling process to then blame it on the patient. They need to learn how to assume responsibility and not just gossip on the back like they did. You need to educate your customers not just assume we know YOUR policies and procedures.
Fantastic service and outstanding eye care. The team made the entire process comfortable and efficient. I couldn’t be happier with my new prescription
