Dr Rojas is the rudest eye doctor ever! Do not go here
I’ve been going here the past couple years and it has always been an iffy experience. From giving me the wrong prescription of contacts, to hearing them talk about other customers as well as walking into the vision center and they were actively talking about me. This past time was the last straw. They are so unprofessional there and don’t seem to all be in the same page. Save yourself the stress and just go to another location
After purchasing computer glasses I requested to purchase another pair with 1/2 diopter less nearsighted correction as my work monitors are large and far away. Dr Catherine Rojas refused to sell the glasses and recommended bi and tri focals, which I already have and explained wasn't ideal as sometimes I need to focus at 30" while looking up. Dr. Catherine Rojas and her team at the Walmart vision center are not only rude but also clueless. Not only did the Walmart vision center fail to provide the lenses they charged me $40 for, but their incompetence led to my insurance rejecting coverage for my glasses. Despite having full coverage, their mistakes cost me out-of-pocket. Avoid this place if you value both your money and your vision.
