Very poor service messed up computer glasses
I used to love going to Walmart Optical because the prices were so reasonable but the service is horrible now. I would rather pay more and go to Shopko Optical.
Need to update hours on here. I’ve gone 3 times when they’re “open” n here they’re closed.
Dr. Salfai was great! Ask for him if you need an exam.
Well I just spent an hour here to leave without any glasses order. The gal who helped me had no idea how to work with insurance or how to work with the computer or fit my glasses. She asked another worker for help 4 times and they still could not get it right. I and my husband have been going there for at least 10 years not anymore I will use my insurance elsewhere. Wasted my time and ruined my day.
