Got charged full exam rate when half the testing equipment was broken, no apologies from the staff or doctor. Try Shippee eye care instead, have heard good good things about them and they are who I'll be trying next since this Walmart doctor doesn't feel the need to perform an entire comprehensive eye exam while charging for a full exam
I would give a 0 if I could. Nikki is the most unprofessional condescending person I've ever dealt with in my entire life.
The exam was very short. Too short. Staff was nice but Dr. Wahl has the personality of a robot. No compassion or empathy. But did seem personable with the staff afterwards. Telling jokes etc. Won't go back there if he's working.
Not polite at all and they advised that the don’t except “any vision insurance anymore”
