I had the most wonderful experience here! When I called to schedule the staff who booked me was so kind and patient. All of the staff there were also exceptionally pleasant. I was seen by Dr. Rebecca Hogan who was very thorough. She answered all of my questions and really went above and beyond. I will absolutely be returning here for all my optical needs and have already recommended them to family and friends.
I will start out everyone’s experience is different! I needed an appointment and rather fast. Short deadline to get glasses to pass an eye exam for a job. They got in very quickly in fact only a 5 day wait from the time I called and made the appointment. The doctor I saw and the staff I felt with they were extremely wonderful group of women. They put a lot of time and care to help me pick put a pare of glasses for me. I didn’t feel rushed at all! They have so many selections and they take their time to explain any questions and make sure you understand
Don’t ever go here unless you wanna pay full price for not a proper eye exam! I was way overdue for an exam and they didn’t even dilate my eyes but was expected to pay full price! Prior to me seeing the eye doctor I overheard him and an a coworker stating that they were hoping everyone would no show so they could go home early! Not thorough or professional, will never be going back and will be telling people the same.
