I stopped by Walmart yesterday to have the nose pads replaced on my frames. Simon immediately stopped what he was doing and took the time to replace my eyeglass nose pads. Afterwards, he listened to me explain why I needed child sized glasses but had adult tastes in frames. He went out of his way checking every drawer for a pair of frames that might meet my needs.
