Simon fixed my glasses quickly and professionally I thought they were broken, but they only needed a screw replaced. Great customer service!

On 2/10/2026 My Aunt and I popped in to see if we could get our glasses adjusted. Simon greeted us with a smile and kindness. He said sure no problem...took our glasses and adjusted them. He cleaned them as well. He is a very polite, helpful, kind person! Simon you are appreciated 👏

I walked in one Friday morning a couple weeks ago with my glasses that had a broken screw that would not stay screwed in. Veronica helped me almost right away and started fixing my glasses with screws until she had the correct size which fixed my glasses. She was great. Well it’s now about two weeks later and I lost those glasses yesterday. So now I am going to see Veronica about an eye exam and new glasses this morning.
