I bought a $900 pair Oakley‘s. With warranty. Came in two weeks before my warranty ran out and they’re telling me they can’t warrantee my glasses cause my prescription will expire. I was told by the manager at the time purchase. That if I came in before my prescription ran out no questions asked they would warranty them. Not a lot of people can spend $900 a year on glasses. I’m a Disabled Vet. I’m so disgusted. I highly recommend not coming here.
Briana has been absolutely wonderful with my grandson. She’s always kind and patient, and she’s helped him with his glasses more than once. He now enjoys stopping by the vision center just to say hello to her. We truly appreciate her kindness and care!
Heather was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable about the whole process! I was in and out in 10 minutes. My order came in quickly, less than a week! She answered every question for me and i will be going back. Thank you Heather!!! :)
