Terribly disappointed. Please go somewhere else. While the individuals working here are friendly, friendly does not equal competent. This is the second time the Walmart vision center has failed. My first was a year ago, the frames they ordered were not correct, I tried to get the center to replace the lenses. Twice I was told, "you just don't understand glasses, you have to keep wearing them and they will work." After several more migraines I stopped wearing the glasses I purchased from Walmart. In 2024 I paid $150 on top of my $250 from insurance for bi-focals with anti glare, anti scratch, and transition lenses and nothing for my exam. Last year all I really needed was another pair of bi- focals with no extras for around the house only . Went to Walmart on mullan once again same insurance had my exam looked at frames told them what I wanted after all said and done total my cost out of pocket will be $110 what? thats after my $250? This is my favorite eye care center, I've been to many other places but their Assistant B'Shaun is always so friendly and welcoming and very knowledgeable and she makes your visit fun. We always enjoyour appointments. She's the one who showed my daughter how to used her first contact lenses and I always come back every year for my eye glasses and contacts and Mr. Bill at the frames are always so helpful and friendly as well always so kind. Thank you so much!
