While waiting to order replacement lenses for my glasses, I witnessed a wonderful example of customer service. I saw Maddy work closely with an older client. Maddy showed kindness and gentleness while leading the client to a perfect solution by explaining all details and answered the client's questions thoroughly. So professional and authentic this warmed my heart.
