Billed $78 at the time when I'm buying my lenses and frame then got a mail A MONTH LATER that says I'm actually need to pay additional $134. Talked to my insurance and they're saying my total responsibility is $176 which still doesn't make any sense. Firstly, they billed me and my insurance differently. Second, even if I pay that extra $134, $78+134 is $212, not $176. Complete disaster.
I did not have a good experience with this vision center. Will NOT be a returning customer. Multiple trips were required to get the correct prescription. Icing on the cake when contacts were ordered NO ONE told me that the contacts ordered were NOT daily throw aways. I thought I was given samples to try before buying. I have NEVER had biweekly contacts before. Apparently I went thru a 6 months supply of contacts in a week because of this. I’m so angry.

Would have chose no stars had that been an option. Made the appointment for my father in law who is 75 resides in nursing and has dementia. When i made the appointment i asked 4 times if they accept his insurance even gave them all his info for said insurance. Get there to the appointment today fill all required paperwork out to then be told they dont accept his insurance. Even man with dementia asked to please not be takem back there.
