Marylin is great
The older lady with the accent needs to learn customer service skills. She actually makes negative noises and shakes her head at you like you are doing something wrong. We left without ordering glasses, this is the second time trying to order these glasses and she was rude both times.
I have had problems with these glasses since I got them first the lenses would pop out so they ordered me another pair have not been able to see out of them been back several times today they tell me your 60 days are out so nothing we can do what about the other times I have been in there guess they don’t care would not recommend complete disaster they told me I could buy another pair what happen to customer service
It has been over two yesrs since purchase. The right arm fell off my glasses ...from the phone call to repair...purely outstanding service...they were GREAT... thanks to Emily and her wonderful associate. Willard
The manager Ginger was just sitting off to the side and passing off customers to other people even though they were already super busy helping other people. I was helped by Emmaleigh and she was super knowledgeable and helpful. She was helping 3 different customers while the manager just sat on her butt and couldn't be bothered to lift a finger to help out... she didn't even seem to care when people kept pointing out that there was a long wait and not enough staff.
