Terrible service! Each employee tells you something different and nobody is on the same page with anything. They treat you like they could care less about helping you. I have called numerous times and can never seem to get anybody that is somewhat helpful. Finally decided to drive the extra 20 minutes and go to the location in round rock where Anita has been helping me and has been absolutely amazing! I highly recommend driving to the round Rock location if you want good service!
Went in today around 4:50 (4 - 27/26) to get my screw retightened, the eye glass specialist dropped everything to come and help me and I very very much appreciated it. Thank you so much!
Amy was very helpful she was able to fix my glasses and tighten them up for me it was very quick and easy service..I didn’t have an appointment either great job Amy .
The ladies always take good care of me, during and after the purchase. Thank you!!!
