I have had great service with the Gardner MA Walmart Vision center up until today. I can't say enough about the wonderful Optometrist there. However today, I called to ask to get a copy of my script so I could order some glasses, and the associate (Sarah) that took my call was extremely rude. I simply asked why I couldn't get a copy of my script and then wanted to ask who I could talk to in regards to this 'New' policy and she kept talking over me with tons of attitude. Been going here for years. Dr. Dumont is always friendly and professional. The vision center was very well staffed today with happy assistants ready to assist me .
