Save yourself the trouble and do not go here. I needed a refill on my contacts the day before a big trip. I informed the woman I spoke with I leave very early the next day for a month long trip. I called early in the morning, they had my contacts in stock, and all they needed was verification of my prescription from my eye doctor. I never received a call back from them but my doctor confirmed he had sent verification hours ago. This store has undergone a LOT of changes over the last year and a half. The Dr. that is currently there is absolutely amazing, takes care of her patients and genuinely cares about the people she is helping.
Never got a call from vision when glasses were ready waited since may 17th or 18th Cathy who runs vision must be to busy to check on how employees are doing at job site when running two places n then prescription is blurry after getting my glasses not sure when im getting them back had make new appointment ill never go back but have to see why prescription blurry so think twice before going to this vision center at walmart Cathy might be too busy too see if people under her doing there job. Im very pissed
Vickie is incompetent. She booked my appointment, takes down the wrong phone number, I’m driven 30 mins there just for vickie to tell me there’s no dr because dr is at a funeral. Was the funeral not planned the day before when she booked the appointment? She reschedules then calls me the morning of the next appointment to tell me she can’t run my insurance.
