Everyone I encountered at the vision center was very kind and patient. Kathy and her team have been amazing. I came with a prescription from a different eye doctor. Glasses were made through Walmart multiple times (exact frames I have used for years from Walmart) but I could not see correctly. I scheduled an eye exam with Dr. Potts, she took her time with me during the exam. My prescription was totally different (both eyes, and both astigamtisms). With the new prescription I am now able to see!
The woman that did the exam was great. However, after the fact, I called and asked what our pupil distance numbers where to order online since it wasn’t on the prescription and they refused to tell me the number. Beyond weird. Would not recommend if you plan on using the prescription anywhere but there because you won’t be able to. Would be nice if they told you that prior to paying for exams.
Manager Kathy doesn’t care🤨 I have been going to this vision center for over 10 years. Dr. Potts is a newer doctor, I believe she has been there a few years. On the occasions I saw her, I was very happy with my experience. However, The staff was not very helpful. Unfortunately, Tiffany could not fit my new glasses 🤓 which I paid over $350.00. She was very nice, but I do not believe she is very experienced at fitting glasses. When I spoke with the manager, Kathy, about my problem she was super rude and accused me of lying. ... read more
We would have loved to meet Dr. Potts! We have been going to Walmart vision for SEVERAL years. My entire family, and we are a family of 7! Unfortunately, we couldn't even get past insurance and an appt this time - we have to make a change because one of the staff members was so incredibly rude - could not believe my ears!! Very unprofessional. Yikes!
Dr. Potts was excellent she explained everything. I had an ocular screening and thorough examination.
