Please do not book an appointment here. I waited for a hour to see an eye doctor. The ladies that work in there are very rude. I was never greeted when I entered. It was giving racist vibes. I end up leaving and canceling my appointment after an hour of sitting there. Staff aren’t friendly at all
My wife went here to get her nosepiece cushion fixed. The woman proceeded to break the wire nosepiece right off of her frames. As if that wasn’t enough, she also put a huge deep scratch in her lens. Did not say a word to my wife and she only noticed after she left. So thanks a lot for ruining a pair of frames that cost hundreds of dollars out of pocket. Awesome place! I come here for my contacts and glasses. I live all the way in Oxford. Dr. Potts is absolutely amazing!! All the doctors that I have met over the years have been great! The ladies at the front are the absolute sweetest!! Thank you guys so much!! Keep up the great work!!
Extremely unprofessional staff. They confirmed me my time and I show up and they say I don’t even have an appointment and got me and my mom mixed up! Make sure when your making an appointment with these people u confirm your right name and the time cuz they don’t even ask who it’s for they just assume
Just had a great experience. Would recommend staff was speedy, and the eye doctor was really a wonderful lady would recommend.
