This is for the store. NOT necessarily the vision store. Service was horrendous. Hit the buzzer for Service in a display cabinet and nobody showed up. Called the store and nobody picked up. None of the employees, except in the automotive, department seemed very interested in helping the customer. It was as if we were an inconvenience.
Rhonda patiently & expertly adjusted my glasses after a terrible experience at another Walmart vision center. She has been working for many years & knows how to adjust glasses properly, even with trifocals.
