The new staff can't get it together. I spent time filling out forms and waiting only to be told to reschedule because one of the machines wasn't working. They could have told me that before they got my history and insurance info.
Wish I could give a zero…Was a horrible. experience… Didn’t look for my referral and completely got mad when I was confused. Completely unprofessional. Don’t recommend for anyone who is on certain insurances and look at certain way that doesn’t look like them. This was the Minton place btw.
The last review was complete lies. I witnessed the whole scene. The staff was nice until the customer became belligerent. It takes respect to get respect. You can’t help someone who doesn’t want to be helped. I would have turned you away much sooner than they did. I hope you have the day/night YOU deserve.
