After three trips to the great Walmart eye enter at Elizabethton Tn ,I still don’t have glasses with lens that can be used. First the prescription was supposedly incomplete which did not have a birthday or address both of which I was able to give them but Oh NO it is a prescription so the Dr office has to fill that out . Then the lens prescription was entered wrong by guess who The Walmart Eye Center (the male on staff ) so let’s see how many more tries it takes to get this right. Total incompetence
They were very helpful and patient in helping me get my contacts in for the first time and made sure they fit right.
This eye center is not open on Sunday. Please change Sunday hours to closed!
