Great people at the ft Henry branch, good selection of frames for everyone to choose from. Answered all my questions and was very affordable since I don't have insurance anymore. Eye exam plus frames and everything was around 450. Only reason I put 4 stars was because of the way you have to talk to a eye Dr and his/her assistant on tv. Where they at? Who are they? I guess we will never know. Just some random Drs and assistants out there floating around in cyber space. They could be AI for all we know these days...

Very miserable employees. Made several attempts to get my order issue resolved. They were more concerned with their cell phones and obviously despise their job and people. Was also advised they don’t disclose your pupillary distance. I don’t think they know how to actually take this measurement as my glasses issue reflected that. If you have actual vision needs inquire about services somewhere else. Walmart
