Only reason I’m giving even 2 stars is because of the good customer service I got from Nicky. Everything else has been a nightmare. I paid for my glasses on January 6th and was told they should come in by January 15th.. several days after the 15th I call to check on the status of my glasses only to be told that they had come in with a defect and had to be sent off to be redone. Finally today, (the 26th!) I get a call stating they were available for pick up...but I work all day (past the time they close) so I had my wife call... read more
I got my glasses there and LOVE them! I don't have vision insurance but their prices were very reasonable, I added on some optional features and my glasses cost less at Walmart then a basic pair other places I compared. The quality is important to me, especially with type of lenses I need with my prescription, they did a wonderful job! I have been impressed. They were helpful and friendly, this is the only place me and my husband order from!
