In downtown White Plains, but plenty of parking in garage and they will validate for 3 hours of free parking. Don't know what you mean by "hassle" but if you try and park on the first parking level it is always crowded. Go up one or more levels and there is plenty of parking. I have taken back glasses for adjustments without an appointment and not had any difficulty, and they don't pressure you to go for the expensive frames; we started with the $9 frames and went up till I got one that worked. Customer Support with attitude. Came there two weeks ago, had all proper paperwork. An employee named Greg was very friendly, explained everything and gave us Demo lenses to try. We purchased one set of lenses; today we came and wanted to try another set of lenses, and there was an Doctor (Asian lady) who refused to let us try lenses, saying that we had to have color specified on the prescription.
