The lady that works there is a delight, the new manager is not. When purchasing my glasses , he did not walk me through my options and just assumed what i wanted. When I receivedmy glasses, one of the lenses were made incorrectly. I brought this to his attention, he refused to have it remade. My sister had the exact same experience.
Brought in a coupon I received from Walmart gas station for a free lens cleaning KIT and went to get that and make an appointment for an eye exam. The girl told me that it “should’ve already had it.” I let her know there was a lens wipe but when you peeled it off there was a coupon for a free kit. She told me it was a wipe and handed me a singular wipe. Definitely won’t be making any appointments there now.
I had an emergency with my glasses, and Brenda Rodriguez absolutely saved the day. She was super attentive, acted quickly, and made sure everything was taken care of right away. Her professionalism and kindness really stood out. Excellent service thank you, Brenda!
