After YEARS of buying glasses here, I finally got served by Amy, the Vision Center Manager, on 9/1/2023. What a MISTAKE that was! She entered the wrong numbers in my order, and it took 2 more visits to optometrist to find HER error. Today, she expects ME to pay for a lens with the CORRECT prescription which was the result of HER ineptitude. I protested, strongly explaining it was HER MISTAKE! SHE threw me out saying never come back. Trust me, I wasn't planning on returning as long as they have THAT IDIOT in charge.

Do not recommend. My daughter is 5 and clearly needs glasses she cannot see and they wanted to have me let her start school without glasses paid out of pocket for absolutely no reason bc my daughter is still complaining she can’t see and is squinting her eyes for everything. Just a waste of time and money

That weird lady has terrible customer service at the vision center. She also promised I'd get a 2nd pair free but when I went back to get it she said I'd have to pay and yelled at me and my husband.
