If i didnt call i would still be waiting for my glasses. Even after calling all i got was, we sent one text to some number when they got here. Mediocre costumer service. From this experience, I would not recomend them.
2nd review. My first one never came through. Just wanted to give a huge thanks for Krista in their eye care center. She is such a kind person and truly cares about her patients; making it a very personal experience like you're with family. She found me great some glasses that fit well and worked with my insurance to get the best price possible. Thanks for all you do, Krista! You are a pleasure to work with and Walmart Eye Care Center is blessed to have someone like you!
Stephany was pretty aggressive and rude when we asked if they could fix my glasses, was willing to buy a new frame but she said there was nothing she could do for us, usually the team is very helpful but Stephany didn't even want to sell us a frame. Used to love this location.
I had a glasses emergency and the arm broke off my frames on a weekend! I called the vision center and Sandra said to come down because she might be able to fix them with spare parts. It turns out they had my exact same frames there and she was able to just pop the lenses into brand new frames and they were only 28$! Sandra was so helpful and so sweet! She really saved the day! Thanks again!
