Matt was very friendly and great at engaging conversation! Quick service which was even better.
Very disappointed in the last pair of glasses I got. Have had then less then 6 months and scratched everytime I cleaned them with the cleaner I bought at store. I took them back and ask if it was the glare coating that would of caused the issue and he said nope u used a harsh chemical on them and nothing we can do u didn't get the protection plan sorry. Never once offered me to even pay to have lenses replaced. Told him he could have the frames back then since they are no good to me. Very bad customer service and I have been... read more
