Marquita, was so helpful in adapting new nose pads in my glasses that didn't match anything in the store. I was in desperate mode and am very thankful she didn't just say we can't help you Amen!

I sincerely appreciated the professionalism and patience of Marquita. I wasn’t seeing as clear as I thought I should after getting my glasses. Marquita was AMAZING! Got my glasses here, they didn’t fit as well as they should…. Went to another Walmart and was given the run around….. came back here and it was take care of in mins!!! Great Management!
When I walked in I saw the two women I there were busy, one with dreads who was father away said we will be with you soon so I said okay. I pulled out my phone to entertain me because I was not sure how long they would be. After about 10 minutes another customer walked in and the woman with black hair closer to me greater her with superb customer service saying hello welcome in, what can we help you with today ma’am, do you need frames or are you picking up the woman with black hat was providing much better customer service ... read more
