I loved this Dr and especially his staff! They give EXCELLENT customer service and spent A lot OF time writing with me! I highly recommend them!
April is great! She's always helpful and very thorough!
The doctor is nice, but the staff, especially Laura is quite rude and hung up on me while I was having a meaningful discussion as why Walmart Vision center will not make 2nd follow up if the patient still has problem with the prescription. Laura argued rather understanding me that its Walmart policy to provide only 1 follow up. When I told her that I still have problem and they should still provide service and make sure patient is fine, she disconnected the phone. April was over the top amazing today. My prescription was from a different location, and wasn't current in the Happy Valley system. She worked diligently to get the right one faxed over and made sure I left with contacts in my hand. Even saved me lots of money with my insurance I never knew I could use for contacts. Smiling through every computer glitch while she did it. She was definitely a gem today. Never let that one go!!!
Laura was the best! I highly recommend this place!
