I purchased one pair of glasses at a location near my workplace for convenience and later purchased a second pair at this location which is closer to my home. Due to financial constraints, I was unable to purchase both pairs at the same time. I have since decided to return both pairs of glasses, as I have chosen to continue using contact lenses instead. Great experience and awesome staff!
I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at the Happy Valley Walmart Vision Center when I went in to return my glasses. At first, Lana and Maria told me I had to return the glasses to the original Walmart Vision Center where I purchased them. That was incorrect. I had to pull up Walmart’s own return policy and show them that glasses could be returned within the 60-day window and that the return could be handled at any Walmart Vision Center location. Needed to get my lenses switched from an old broken frame to a same new frame. One of my lenses was thicker than the other so it was a bit of a hard task to not cause damage to the new frame. Was assisted by Maria, she did a magnificent job handling my issue. 5 *'s, may look into getting my new prescription and lenses here in the nearby future.
