Cassandra was AH-mazing and fixed my sunglasses in less than 5 minutes and charged me nothing ! She was great!
Came in 5 minutes before close with a glasses related “emergency”. The staff was happy to help, explained everything and completed my request even though it went past closing time. Absolutely excellent service
Stopped by to buy glasses tonight and Amy was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of letting me email my prescription to be printed off there, she told me to leave and go to fed ex to get it printed and come back. It seemed like they were closing in a hour and she wanted to be lazy and sit there. There was no other customers there for her to help at the time. Will be buying glasses elsewhere.
It has been a while ago but I saw an eye doctor here named Bonnie. She was absolutely awful, rude from the moment I walked in. She didn't listen to anything I said and gave me a prescription for contacts that corrected both near and farsightedness, although I don't have any problems seeing things close up. The result was that my prescription was wrong, I couldn't see and I had terrible headaches for a couple of days. I called several times and asked to be seen again, to have the prescription corrected but she wouldn't return... read more
I had gotten something in my eye. I have never enjoyed getting something in my eyes before, until today. It was a true pleasure to have Dr. Christine work on my eyes. Thank you
