YEP! "I get my glasses at Walmart"... this location is AWESOME! - Daniel and Marissa are always very helpful and do a great job of taking care of their customers. Dr. Sherry Kastler is amazing!!! Very thorough and very focused on you as a patient... not just checking boxes. Hope this review goes up the corporate ladder... this store stands out compared to others and your competition. WELL Done... been using this location for about 4 - 5 years.
Just want to give a shout out to Brianna who showed customer service. I had a pair of glasses that had one of the nose pads missing. She replaced that one and the other one as well. I wanted to pay, but she said no need. Yes, that's customer service!
I would like to let everyone know about the amazing things that Sherry and Marissa have done for me. I went to store 1532 at 59th Ave and Bell road to get new glasses after 2 private optometrist opticians could not help me with finding out why my glasses were not working for me. Sherry and Marissa were patient and diligent and discovered that I had my pupil distance measurements wrong from another eye Dr's office and that I was polycarbonate rejection of the glasses material.
