Just want to give a shout out to Brianna who showed customer service. I had a pair of glasses that had one of the nose pads missing. She replaced that one and the other one as well. I wanted to pay, but she said no need. Yes, that's customer service!
I would like to let everyone know about the amazing things that Sherry and Marissa have done for me. I went to store 1532 at 59th Ave and Bell road to get new glasses after 2 private optometrist opticians could not help me with finding out why my glasses were not working for me. Sherry and Marissa were patient and diligent and discovered that I had my pupil distance measurements wrong from another eye Dr's office and that I was polycarbonate rejection of the glasses material. Spectacular service
This vision center is fantastic. My husband has been seeing Dr. Kastler for over 10 years. She is so kind, thorough, and explains things in a way that are easy to understand. Sherry is also fantastic. She is so sweet and also great with the kids. My son only wants to come here to pick out new glasses.
I wish I could give it more stars but there is one BIG problem they have in that vision center and his name is Shaun. That man is absolutely disrespectful and rude. He clearly doesn’t listen to his staff and rude to the customers who come in for service. I refuse to do any work with him from here on out and wish they would get rid of him there. Just this last encounter I was there Shaun saw myself and another lady were the only two in there. We’ve been waiting maybe 10 minutes staff were busy. Shaun walks out see us 2 ladies... read more
