Dolce is very thorough in fitting you lenses. She is kind, extremely patient. Goes above and beyond to help pick out the frames for you. Alex, is very knowledgeable a great team leader. I have been a repeat customer for years.
I visited the Vision store at 1710 Broadway, located inside Walmart. The staff—Alexanderia (Store Manager), Dulce, and Diego—provided top-notch customer service. They were professional, knowledgeable about their products, and went out of their way to answer all my questions, ensuring I was satisfied with my purchase. Thank you for your professionalism and outstanding customer service!
The process and service are good, but apparently, when you buy a warranty for your lenses, that doesn't cover any other lenses that you might want to upgrade to, even though the warranty is the same price. That doesn't make sense. It would also be great if they would explain this stuff to you when you purchase your original lenses.
