I hadn’t planned on writing a review for the Walmart Vision Center, but my experience was so outstanding that I felt compelled to share it. On a random Tuesday evening, I accidentally stepped on my glasses, damaging the pair I had going on for four years. It’s my one time a year eyewear visit and worth the effort to travel across town for the above and beyond customer service. From Dr. Vu to all the folks working out front you won’t find a better group to work with. By the way, no one is paying me for this review. I do take donations, though lolol! After calling 2 other Walmart Optical centers (they didn't pick up after 3 calls) I called thus location and luckily had an opening, same day. I was seen by Kyla & Dr. Marmo. The exam was straight to the point and efficient. I was in and out in under an hour and the employees were warm and inviting. Best experience I've had getting my check up and contact lens fitting.
Had been a customer here for 20+ years and was disappointed with my customer service here with the manager Alice. She was very rude.
