Great experience with the doctor here! Got an exam and will be coming back next month for glasses. The lady said that they’re getting new transitions in and I can’t wait to try them!
Doctor and staff for exam were amazing and super friendly and caring but when it came down to ordering my glasses, the guy kept telling me my glasses would be way more than i expected to pay so when I asked why, he told me everything he automatically put in the system for my glasses and I told him I didn’t want any coating or warranty etc but he kept trying to upsell me the whole time before I finally told him I didn’t want anything else. Got eye exam & ordered (2) pairs of glasses. Very professional & respectful. Definitely will use again.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I attempted to do a walk in on a slow evening @1:30 when they close at 3pm. I walked in happy and left feeling so humiliated. I asked if I could do a walk in and the ladies and someone else laughed at me when I asked stating “well it was a slow day and we are all leaving” I also asked instead to just make an appointment so I don’t run into this situation again.
